At MA Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure our perfumes are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns (Damage Only)

We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be damaged upon arrival.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, unused and unopened.

Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Wrong selection of fragrance by customer (change of mind)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank / payment provider.
