At MA Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure our perfumes are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns (Damage Only)
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.
To be eligible:

The item must be damaged upon arrival.

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, unused and unopened.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
